1999 – 2001 TRILOGY SOFTWARE, INC. AUSTIN, TX Lotus Notes Developer – March 2000 – October 2001
Through learning Lotus technologies, eliminated Lotus Notes development consulting costs for the training department. Reduced Lotus Notes development consulting costs in additional departments, including Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Project Management Office, and Trilogy Europe.
Developed web based applications to collect and analyze data for demand tracking and company-wide internal training surveys.
Designed database to monitor individual progress through Project Management Certification program as well as to track instructor evaluation data.
Redesigned main public relations database to incorporate additional data and improve ease of use.
Worked with VP of Marketing to design application to store and organize all marketing documents and collateral for Trilogy.
